The role of the chip inductor

Patch inductor is an electromagnetic induction element made of insulated wire. It belongs to the common inductance element. The role of the chip inductor: pass DC resistance AC This is a simple statement, isolate the AC signal, filter or form a resonant circuit with capacitors, resistors, etc. Tuning and frequency selection of the role of the inductor: the inductor coil and capacitor in parallel can be composed of LC tuning circuit. Any current in the circuit of the patch inductor will generate a magnetic field, and the magnetic flux of the magnetic field will act on the circuit.

Chip diode what is?

It is an electronic device with unidirectional conduction current. There is a PN junction two lead terminals inside the semiconductor diode. This electronic device has unidirectional current transduction according to the direction of the applied voltage. In general, a chip crystal diode is a p-n junction interface formed by sintering a p-type semiconductor and an n-type semiconductor. A space charge layer is formed on both sides of the interface to form a self-built electric field. When the applied voltage is equal to zero, the diffusion current caused by the concentration difference of carriers on both sides of the p-n junction is equal to the drift current caused by the self-built electric field, which is also the diode characteristic under normal conditions.

What is the role of the patch triode

Measure the interelectrode resistance. Place the multimeter in R× 100 or R× 1K block, and test according to six different connection methods of red and black pens. Among them, the positive resistance value of the emitter junction and the collector junction is relatively low, and the resistance value measured by the other four connection methods is very high, about several hundred kilohms to infinity. However, whether it is low resistance or high resistance, the interelectrode resistance of the silicon triode is much larger than that of the germanium triode.

The Life Problem of Patch Capacitor

The life of the chip capacitor has always been a problem that many people wonder about. Many people do not know how much life the chip capacitor has and how much life it has been used. Today, the chip capacitor manufacturer will introduce how the capacitor infers the life. First, the voltage acceleration and temperature acceleration coefficients can calculate the life of the capacitor.

Basic introduction of patch triode

The basic structure of the triode is two reverse-connected PN junctions. The patch triode data shows that there are two combinations of pnp and npn. The three connected terminals are called emitters (emitter,E) and (collector,C) in sequence. The source of the patch triode data is related to their function in triode operation. It also shows the circuit symbols of npn and pnp triodes. The emitter is specially marked. The arrow indicates an extremely n-type semiconductor, which is consistent with the symbol of the diode. When no external bias is applied, both pn-junction surfaces will form a depletion region, separating the neutral p-type region from the n-type region.
